This light and bright condo by the beach features a newly renovated eat-in kitchen and common area work-space especially designed for the work-from-home lifestyle. Where there was previously no natural light due to a closed off window, we exposed the window using corduroy glass allowing the room to feel much larger.

The best way to create a unique style is by adding color. Which is exactly what we did on the peninsula. We picked up the blue tones of the mosaic backsplash to match the custom corbel leg of the peninsula. Our clients wanted to make this area extra fun by having multi-colored seating for the kids. We furred out an existing structural pillar to tie in all design elements.
