We like to start our design process by building a personal connection with you! 

For our private residence projects, we will discuss your needs in length and determine which areas of your home you are planning to renovate. Our best approach is to understand your vision, lifestyle & budget. 

Once we've established your remodeling goals, we will schedule a site visit with you. Upon signing a Design Agreement, we will gather on-site room dimensions & photos of your existing space so that we can begin generating your as-built plans, and proposed layout & design. 

We will generate (up to) three different layouts so you may leverage functionality with aesthetics. With the seemingly endless styles and storage solutions for your home, we encourage new perspectives and aim to provide options you may not have previously considered. We will review your detailed floorplans and provide an in-store 3-D virtual tour and explanation of your design.   

Once you've selected your preferred layout, we will provide an estimate based on your final selections. A preliminary budget is based on budget discussions, and allowances are used for items not yet selected. Your final plans & 3-D renderings are completed; thereafter a 'Design Contract' is confirmed.  Cabinetry lead times may vary between 2-12 weeks.   

Once selections are made and lead times for materials are identified, the project is scheduled for a start date.  A general overview and timeline will be prepared, and a formal installation packet & finish schedule will be reviewed on-site with your assigned contractor. All required plumbing & electrical locations are confirmed at this time. 

During your renovation, we will coordinate and oversee your product delivery & installation. We will communicate with you regularly so that we stay on schedule and on time. Once all scheduled installations have been completed, your designer will perform a final walk-through with you to address all 'punch list' items.
